Sara Clow is an accomplished food systems innovator and operational leader with over 20 years of experience translating bold ideas into high impact businesses. She has started and scaled everything from nature tech startups to regenerative food ventures, working across the U.S. to align capital, producers, and systems that nourish both people and planet. A natural collaborator and systems thinker, she has partnered with hundreds of producers nationwide, built first of a kind regional food networks, and advised nonprofits and private companies across the food web. Sara is known for building high-performing, mission-driven teams and cultivating the clarity, and momentum they need to thrive.
As COO, Sara is thrilled to help lead the next chapter at Mad Agriculture, working with a fabulous team to revolutionize our relationship to land and food. She originally came to this work through a deep love of good food and because she’s always hungry! When not working, you’ll find her in the garden or cooking up feasts for friends that celebrate farmers and their stories.
