Elizabeth (she/her) has worked at the intersection of food systems, climate, and agriculture for the past two decades. Prior to joining Mad Agriculture, she served as President of Demeter USA, where she collaborated with leading food companies, retailers, and farmers to expand the market for Biodynamic products and help educate consumers about the importance of regenerative agriculture. Today, at Mad Agriculture, Elizabeth leads strategic partnerships and market-facing initiatives focused on accelerating regenerative agriculture through collaboration, storytelling, and new models that connect farmers, brands, finance, and ecological restoration in service of more resilient food systems.
